Please, note that. For a mediator to receive his commission, it is necessary that the end buyer and the end seller finalize the deal first. Many mediators insist on a certain commission without being sure that their buyer is capable of closing the deal. Many deals are not finalized because of such irresponsible and unprofessional attitude. The earliest stage when an IMPFA could be issued is after the buyer and the seller have signed the final contract. Before this, is acceptable signing a NCNDA.
Any successful transaction requires proper banking from both sides. Our sellers' banks are entirely top banks which eliminates any unnecessary complications when it comes to the banking from the seller's side. We strongly advice each potential buyer to make sure in advance that his bank would be ready to execute the deal considered. This means visiting your bank for a face to face talk with the bank manager/your personal account manager.
If your bank is not a top bank, a confirming bank has to be engaged for the proper execution of the deal. This means that your bank has to request and authorize a top bank to become a confirming party in the transactions. Usually, all public banks do have well established cooperation with top banks and they do provide such services. Yet, you must make sure your bank would engage with a top bank and support the transaction before you have launched the procedure with the seller.
